The fourth session of the 14th Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) opened on the 24th. Liu Zhongfan, Vice Chairman of the Beijing CPPCC, reported to the conference on the proposal work since the third session of the 14th Committee, as entrusted by the Standing Committee of the 14th Beijing CPPCC.
