CCB public REITs terminate application review
China Construction Bank (00939.HK) announced that in order to further integrate project resources and optimize operational management, the fund manager and special plan manager of the affordable rental housing project held by its subsidiary have applied to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange to withdraw the registration, listing, and asset-backed special plan transfer application materials for this project. Currently, the project has terminated the application review process
