Meituan granted a total of 6.34 million shares as reward shares
Meituan-W (03690.HK) announced that on January 23, it granted a total of 6.341 million award shares to certain employees and service providers of the group under the share incentive plan following the initial public offering. The closing price of Class B shares on the grant date was HKD 97.55
