File: LEAD INTELLIGENT assesses investor interest in its Hong Kong listing subscription
According to the transaction terms, LEAD INTELLIGENT has begun assessing investor interest in subscribing to its shares listed in Hong Kong. The proceeds will be used to expand global research and development, new energy intelligent equipment products, digital infrastructure, and other purposes. CITIC SEC and JP Morgan are the joint sponsors. (Bloomberg)
