CSPC PHARMA granted over 46.46 million shares as rewards
CSPC PHARMA (01093.HK) announced that, under the share award scheme, it granted a total of 46.4625 million restricted shares to 727 selected employees free of charge last Friday (23rd), accounting for approximately 0.4% of the company's total issued shares, with a value of about HKD 456 million based on the closing price of HKD 9.81.
The awarded shares will vest in three batches, and the number of shares granted to each recipient in each batch will depend on whether they meet the relevant performance targets applicable to that batch over three consecutive financial years ending on December 31, 2028
