According to the State Administration for Market Regulation, the "Review Guidelines for Vegetable Product Production Licenses (Draft for Comments)" are open for public consultation. This draft mainly revises four aspects: first, it improves the scope of licenses by adding details on varieties such as vegetable puree (sauce); second, it strengthens hygiene management by refining the division of production operation areas and hygiene monitoring systems; third, it enforces strict risk control by enhancing the inspection of raw material purchases and conducting hazard analysis throughout the production process; fourth, it improves the food safety management system by establishing regulations for product formulations and the use of food additives.
