The Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration and four other departments issued the "Shenzhen Three-Year Action Plan for Optimizing the Consumption Environment (2026-2028)." Among them, it proposes to standardize market competition order. It will formulate the implementation measures for fair competition review of important policies and measures in Shenzhen, issue operational guidelines for fair competition review in key areas such as bidding and procurement, and continue to clean up existing policies that hinder a unified market and fair competition. It will implement the "Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China," strengthen regulatory enforcement against unfair competition, and strictly crack down on improper competition behaviors such as abuse of platform rules, false evaluations, and mutual blackening. It will investigate and deal with price violations such as failing to mark prices as required, price gouging, and hoarding, and expose a number of typical cases. It will severely crack down on market chaos such as malicious price comparison and predatory pricing, and vigorously rectify "involution-style" competition behaviors
