<p>Jan 28 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1045 GMT on Wednesday:  Activist investor Elliott Investment Management is considering a tender offer for Toyota Industries  (6201.T) , the Nikkei business daily reported , in what could further complicate an effort by the Toyota group to take the forklift maker private.    Swiss contract drug manufacturer Lonza  (LONN.S)  is in talks with a potential buyer for its capsules and health ingredients business, its finance chief said , without naming the other party.    Kazakhstan has submitted a formal bid to the U.S. authorities to acquire Russian oil producer Lukoil’s  (LKOH.MM)  stakes in the country’s energy projects, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said.    WTW has completed its acquisition of Newfront, a move the fast-growing, technology-driven U.S. broker’s co-founder and CEO Spike Lipkin described as the start of a “bigger game on a bigger platform.”    British Land  (BLND.L)  will acquire Life Science REIT  (LABS.L)  in a deal that values the property trust at about 150 million pounds ($207.1 million), the UK’s largest direct owner and operator of retail parks said.    Activist investor Fivespan Partners said on Tuesday that it owns 6.2% of Appian  (APPN.O) , a cloud computing and enterprise software company, and plans to discuss business strategy with its management and board as its stock price has slid.     Colombian utility Empresas Publicas de Medellin (EPM) said on Tuesday that it has sold its entire stake in the telecommunications company UNE to the local subsidiary of Millicom  (MICC.F)  for 2.1 trillion pesos ($571.2 million).   Enterprise artificial intelligence software provider C3.AI (AI.N)  is in talks to merge with privately held startup Automation Anywhere, The Information reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the discussions.</p>
