Frasers Centrepoint Trust recommends a buy with a target price of SGD 2.70, closing price at SGD 2.26. The occupancy rates of its properties, Changi City Point and Century Square, have risen to 99.9%. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, tenant sales increased by 2.7% year-on-year, and rental growth is expected to remain around 5%. NEX Mall will invest SGD 90 million for asset enhancement, expected to be completed in 2028.
