On the 29th, Alibaba's self-developed high-end AI chip "Zhenwu 810E" was launched on its official website, achieving full self-research in both hardware and software. This means that the Alibaba AI golden triangle "Tongyun Ge," composed of Tongyi Laboratory, Alibaba Cloud, and Tmall Genie, has been revealed for the first time. The chip is equipped with 96G HBM2e memory and has been deployed in multiple ten-thousand-card clusters on Alibaba Cloud, serving over 400 clients including State Grid, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and XPeng.
