EASTROC BEVERAGE's secondary listing may raise HKD 1.64 billion, with Temasek as one of the investors | Lianhe Zaobao

EASTROC BEVERAGE plans to conduct a secondary listing in Hong Kong, expecting to raise up to approximately HKD 10.14 billion (about SGD 1.64 billion), with the pricing set at the upper limit of the issuance range, at a maximum of HKD 248 per share, issuing about 40.9 million H shares, with a valuation reaching HKD 166.4 billion. Temasek Holdings is one of the cornerstone investors, with other investors including the Qatar Investment Authority, BlackRock, and Tencent. The raised funds will be used to expand production capacity, upgrade the supply chain, strengthen the brand, and expand into overseas markets. The stock will be listed on the HKEX on February 3rd
