
January 30th Midday Review: Shanghai Composite Index fell 1.19% in half a day, precious metals sector collectively adjusted
The market experienced fluctuations and adjustments in the morning, with the Shanghai Composite Index and the Shenzhen Component Index both down about 1%. Agricultural stocks performed strongly against the trend, with companies like Denghai Seeds and Dunhuang Seeds hitting the daily limit. Stocks related to computing power hardware, such as Changfei Fiber, also surged, with Tianfu Communication rising over 10%. On the downside, the precious metals sector collectively adjusted, with multiple stocks like ZHONGJIN GOLD and Sichuan Gold hitting the daily limit. More stocks fell than rose, with over 3,900 stocks in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets showing declines, and a total transaction volume of 1.95 trillion in the morning session. At the midday close, the Shanghai Composite Index was down 1.19%, the Shenzhen Component Index was down 0.96%, and the ChiNext Index was up 0.8%
