U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones index falling more than 300 points on Friday.



Shares of Charter Communications Inc (NASDAQ:CHTR) rose sharply during Thursday's session after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter EPS results.



The company clocked a quarterly revenue decline of 2.3% year-on-year to $13.60 billion, missing the analyst consensus estimate of $13.74 billion. EPS of $10.34 topped the analyst consensus estimate of $9.90.



Charter Communications shares jumped 10.6% to $211.72 on Friday.

<li>Deckers Outdoor Corp (NYSE:DECK) gained 15% to $114.95 after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results and raised its FY26 guidance above estimates.</li>



<li>SanDisk Corp (NASDAQ:SNDK) rose 13.2% to $610.70 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and issued third-quarter guidance above estimates.</li>



<li>Applied Optoelectronics Inc (NASDAQ:AAOI) gained 12.5% to $44.55.</li>



<li>Uniti Group Inc (NASDAQ:UNIT) gained 11% to $8.34. Uniti Group will report its fourth quarter financial results before the opening bell on March 2.</li>



<li>Oppenheimer Holdings Inc (NYSE:OPY) rose 10.4% to $84.06 following fourth-quarter results.</li>



<li>Verizon Communications Inc (NYSE:VZ) gained 9.1% to $43.44 after the company reported upbeat fourth-quarter financial results and 2026 guidance.</li>



<li>Destiny Tech100 Inc (NYSE:DXYZ) surged 8.8% to $35.42.</li>



<li>Credit Acceptance Corp (NASDAQ:CACC) gained 7.6% to $485.58 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.</li>



<li>Lumentum Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:LITE) surged 6.5% to $406.03.</li>



<li>TTM Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:TTMI) gained 5.4% to $101.72.</li>



<li>Air Products and Chemicals Inc (NYSE:APD) rose 4.5% to $267.53 following better-than-expected quarterly earnings.</li>
