Bertelsmann is considering a $7 billion offer for Concord, while Chinalco and Rio Tinto agreed to acquire Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio for $903.61 million. SpaceX is exploring mergers with Tesla and xAI, and Nine Entertainment plans to buy QMS for A$850 million. Apple acquired Q.ai, an AI startup.
