HYGEIA HEALTH (06078.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit for the fiscal year 2025 to be between RMB 140 million and RMB 200 million, a decrease of 66%-76% compared to the previous year, mainly due to goodwill impairment; adjusted net profit is expected to be between RMB 450 million and RMB 490 million, a decline of 19%-25%; total revenue is expected to be between RMB 4 billion and RMB 4.05 billion, a decrease of 9%-10%.

During the year, the group's revenue, net profit, and adjusted net profit declined mainly due to industry and macroeconomic impacts, as well as increased startup costs and depreciation expenses for newly opened hospitals
