NET-A-GO TECH issues new shares at a discount of 18.52%, raising HKD 70.4 million
NET-A-GO TECH (01483.HK) announced that it will issue 80 million new shares to an independent third party, S Harmony Investment Fund SPC, which represents an increase of 9.76% in the enlarged share capital; the price per share is HKD 0.88, a discount of 18.52% compared to the last trading day (30th). The total amount raised is HKD 70.4 million, with a net amount of HKD 70.2 million, of which 60% is intended for the development of existing businesses and potential investment opportunities in embodied intelligent robots and related value chains; the balance will be allocated for general working capital
