Sterling GP signs a new lease agreement with an annual rent of 1.56 million yuan

STERLING GP (01825.HK) announced that Win18 and Win19 (as owners) have each entered into new lease agreements with SAL and Zhiwei (both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, as tenants) for the leasing of Win18 property and Win19 property, respectively. The new lease agreements are each for a term of one year, from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with a rent of HKD 130,000 per month (equivalent to HKD 1.56 million per year for each of Win18 property and Win19 property), excluding management fees, rates, land rent, utilities, and all other miscellaneous expenses.

The properties are located at 19th Floor, Huida Commercial Center, 9 Shuangxi Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, and parking spaces P312 and P313 at 3rd Floor, Huida Commercial Center, 9 Shuangxi Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong
