CATL partners with Schroders Green and others to explore the development of a European battery storage platform
Schroders Greencoat has signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with CATL (03750.HK) and Lochpine Capital. The parties intend to collaborate on the development of a European battery storage platform, with CATL supplying batteries for the project to jointly explore, develop, and invest in European battery storage projects.
This cooperation will fully leverage the mutual advantages of both parties in the fields of green energy infrastructure and technology, adhering to a shared vision to support the potential development of an additional 10GWh of renewable energy storage in the future, contributing to Europe's net-zero transition
