China Health Group issues new shares at a discount of 13.11%, raising HKD 25.44 million
China Health (00673.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 48 million new shares to an independent third party, equivalent to 3.46% of the enlarged share capital; the price per share is HKD 0.53, representing a discount of 13.11% compared to the closing price on the last trading day (2nd). The total amount raised is HKD 25.44 million, with a net amount of HKD 25.27 million, of which 40% is intended to be reserved for future investments; 60% will be used to supplement general working capital
