A 20-year veteran in the BPO industry recently revamped its operations using a new proprietary platform dubbed Polaris. The company, known as Shore Group, has been a key player in outsource staffing since 2006. With the implementation of Polaris, Shore Group can now process 10 times more data than before. This upgrade has enabled the company to assist small and medium-sized businesses in mirroring its successful journey. The announcement was made in New York on February 4, 2026.
