KNOWLEDGE ATLAS's over-allotment option fully exercised, raising an additional 633 million yuan
KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (02513.HK) announced that on February 4th, the sponsor and overall coordinator fully exercised the 15% over-allotment option, involving a total of 5.6129 million shares. The offering price was HKD 116.2, with additional net proceeds of HKD 633 million.
In addition, the stabilization period for the global offering ended on the same day. During this period, the stabilization agent, China International Capital Corporation, continuously bought a total of 722,600 shares at a price ranging from HKD 116.1 to HKD 116.2 per share; and sold a total of 722,600 shares at a price ranging from HKD 190.7 to HKD 262 per share
