Coherent: CPO and OCS secure breakthrough orders, locking in next-generation AI interconnect technology

According to the latest performance report from Coherent Corp., the company confirmed that it has received an extremely large CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) procurement order from a leading artificial intelligence (AI) data center customer, primarily based on its high-power lasers produced on a 6-inch line. At the same time, its OCS (Optical Circuit Switch) platform has over 10 participating customers, with a backlog of orders continuing to grow, aiming to capture market opportunities exceeding $2 billion in the coming years
