The shares repurchased under the Share Buyback are the only shares held in Treasury by the Group. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 491,259,545. The shares were bought through Deutsche Bank AG at a volume weighted average price of 733.5904 pence. Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 491,259,545.
