The last 6 two-bedroom units of Phase 1 of Tuen Mun Fly High in "Hong Kong Property" will be auctioned for sale starting next week

CK ASSET (01113.HK) will sell the last 6 two-bedroom units of Tuen Mun Flyhigh Phase 1 through bidding starting next Monday (9th).

The bidding units are located in Block 1 and Block 2, with a total of 6 two-bedroom units, with usable areas ranging from 462 to 483 square feet. Buyers can choose to include up to 3 parking spaces (including motorcycle spaces) in their bids, and can also opt for the "Free Parking" offer, which allows them to rent one residential parking space for free for one year.

Yang Guiling, Deputy Chief Manager of CK ASSET's sales department, stated that the Flyhigh project has sold 6 units in succession since January this year, reflecting buyers' confidence in the property market outlook, with a noticeable acceleration in market entry.

So far, over 90% of the entire Flyhigh project has been sold, with cashing out exceeding HKD 3.8 billion. The developer has indicated that there may be an opportunity to adjust prices for the project after the Lunar New Year
