<div id="readability-page-1" class="page">A company bearing the same name as Blackpink member Jisoo’s label has bought two homes in one of Hong Kong’s most exclusive enclaves for about HK$447.2 million (US$57.2 million), according to government filings. Two units on Happy Valley’s Blue Pool Road were acquired by an entity called Blissoo Limited in a deal registered on Tuesday, Land Registry records showed. The South Korean girl group Blackpink staged three sold-out concerts in Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Stadium from January 24 to 26. Blissoo Limited was registered in Hong Kong in November as a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, according to the Companies Registry. A separate record from Hong Kong’s Intellectual Property Department showed that Blissoo Limited, with an address in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was registered in November. Jisoo’s Blissoo website features the K-pop sensation’s filmography and news about her projects. Jisoo founded the agency in 2024 to handle her ventures outside Blackpink.  A party representing Jisoo’s Blissoo in South Korea denied that it had bought the property, adding that its legal team had been informed and would take “necessary steps”. The group also said it did not have an office or any assets in Hong Kong. “We have assigned this case to our lawyers,” Jisoo’s Blissoo staff said. “We have no intention of starting operations in Hong Kong or other countries.” As of Thursday afternoon, the group’s legal team had yet to reply to requests for further comment. According to official records, Blissoo Limited listed Singapore passport holder Venessa Rae Chua as one of its two directors. Chua also served as a director of Bibidi Limited, a non-Hong Kong company, according to official filings. Jisoo’s app on Apple and Android devices is developed by Bibidi Pte Ltd. The app is marketed as a way to “experience Jisoo’s daily life up close”, with features including a messenger, subscription and push notification services. A separate message to Bibidi Pte Ltd went unanswered as of Thursday afternoon. Hang Lung Properties developed the residences at 23-39 Blue Pool Road, which comprise 18 semi-detached, three-storey homes, each featuring five en suite bedrooms, multiple balconies, a private rooftop, a courtyard and a garage. Blissoo Limited’s purchase is the latest in a string of luxury property deals in Hong Kong in recent months. Last week, the city’s property market recorded HK$740 million worth of luxury home deals in one day – one of the city’s largest single-day hauls. Land Registry records showed that five upscale homes – in areas such as Mid-Levels, Wan Chai and Sai Kung – changed hands in deals valued between HK$93 million and HK$238 million each. The flurry of luxury home deals comes amid a recovery in Hong Kong’s residential property segment, as affluent homebuyers and investors aggressively snapped up trophy assets. In 2025, prices of homes with areas of at least 1,076 sq ft rose 1.4 per cent, though they remained 19.6 per cent lower than their peak in October 2021, according to the Rating and Valuation Department.</div>
