Public information shows that with the world's first single cabinet-level 640-card super node scaleX640, the scaleX 30,000-card supercluster has increased the computing power density of a single cabinet by 20 times, achieving a performance improvement of 30% to 40% for MoE trillion-parameter large model training and inference scenarios compared to traditional solutions. In addition, the scaleX640 super node has passed a 30-day + long-term reliability test, ensuring the expansion deployment of ultra-large-scale clusters at the 100,000-card level. The scaleX640 was officially released on November 6, 2025, driven by a "open architecture + system innovation" dual approach. Its "one-to-two" high-density architecture design not only realizes ultra-high-speed bus interconnection of 640 cards in a single cabinet, constructing a large-scale, high-bandwidth, low-latency super node communication domain, but also allows two scaleX640 super nodes to form a thousand-card-level computing unit. At the same time, in the context of adjustments in the global information technology industry ecosystem, the scaleX640 super node adopts an "AI computing open architecture." This architecture was jointly released by Sugon and more than 20 industry chain enterprises in September 2025, opening up multiple key technological capabilities aimed at lowering the R&D threshold for AI clusters and avoiding redundant investments.
