From February 7th to 8th, Li Yunze, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Financial Regulatory Administration, led a team to Liaoning for research, discussing financial services for high-quality development, strengthening central-local regulatory collaboration, and preventing and resolving financial risks with local party and government officials. He also visited and comforted grassroots cadres and employees in the administration system. Fu Wanjun, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director, participated in the research and visit.

Li Yunze emphasized that the Financial Regulatory Administration will earnestly implement the Central Committee's strategic deployment for promoting the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era. It will adhere to shared responsibilities with Liaoning, respond to common issues, and work in the same direction to effectively prevent and resolve financial risks in key areas, accelerate the reform and transformation of local small and medium-sized financial institutions, and significantly enhance the endogenous motivation and vitality for development, thereby building a virtuous financial ecosystem. It will guide banking and insurance institutions to comprehensively address the "five major articles" of finance, increase financial support for local major projects, key initiatives, and weak links, actively promote the construction of a modern industrial system, assist in developing new quality productivity tailored to local conditions, and fully support the high-quality development of Liaoning's economy and society
