K2 F&B sells and leases back Singapore property, realizing 172 million
K2 F&B (02108.HK) announced that it has sold nine units located in People's Park Centre, Singapore, to an independent third party for a consideration of HKD 172 million; the monthly rent is HKD 460,000, with a lease term of three years. The estimated sale proceeds are HKD 20.84 million
