
According to reports, Crypto.com co-founder purchased the domain name AI.com for $70 million
The Financial Times reported that Kris Marszalek, co-founder and CEO of the cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com, purchased the domain name AI.com for $70 million.
The report indicated that the transaction was facilitated by Larry Fischer, director of GetYourDomain.com, and was completed using cryptocurrency.
Marszalek plans to debut the website during the Super Bowl advertisement and position AI.com as a consumer-facing personal AI assistant. The company previously signed a multi-decade naming rights deal for a major stadium in Los Angeles for $700 million
