Interoil, based in Oslo, Norway, completed the exit from Argentina, including Santa Cruz Sur, La Brea Block, MMO production concession, and CR exploration block.
Oslo, Norway – February 9, 2025 – Interoil Exploration and Production ASA, also known as Interoil, has finalized a significant strategic move to withdraw from its traditional activities in Argentina. This departure includes the Company's stakes in the Santa Cruz Sur joint operations, set to conclude between April and August 2026, along with the La Brea Block. Additionally, Interoil will also be relinquishing its entitlement to contest the conclusion of the Mata Magallanes Oeste (MMO) production concession and the Cañadón Ramírez (CR) exploration block.
