Yao Zhirong indicated that the new buyer is a local family, who found the unit's layout practical and the price reasonable, thus seizing the opportunity to purchase the unit for personal use. It is understood that the original owner bought the unit in 2020 for about HKD 7.23 million and held it for 6 years, realizing a profit of HKD 450,000 upon this transaction, with the unit appreciating approximately 6.2% during the holding period
