"Hong Kong Property" Henderson Land to Launch First Exchange After Lunar New Year

Mr. Lam Tat-man, Director and General Manager of the Operations Division of Henderson Property Agency Limited, stated that the sales of the Hung Hom First Exchange under Henderson Land (00012.HK) will be launched after the Lunar New Year.

Located in MIDTOWN SOUTH, First Exchange offers 241 residential units, with layouts ranging from one-bedroom to the rare four-bedroom suites and a small number of special units, focusing on larger units, with some high-floor units overlooking the southeast of Hung Hom.

He mentioned that the MIDTOWN SOUTH series has now sold a total of 1,154 units, with a sales rate of over 86%, and a total sales amount of approximately HKD 6.8 billion. MIDTOWN SOUTH, formerly known as Bijiabao, refers to a comprehensive redevelopment project in Hung Hom that includes 8 development sites
