She will serve on the Board’s Corporate Governance and Business Ethics Committee and Compensation and Human Capital Committee.Mannen brings to Prudential broad operational and financial expertise acquired over more than 30 years in the global energy sector. She currently serves as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Marathon Petroleum Corporation and its subsidiary, MPLX LP.
