On Tuesday (February 10), at the close in New York, the yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury bond fell by 6.14 basis points to 4.1407%, continuing to decline throughout the day and accelerating downward after the release of U.S. retail sales data at 21:30 Beijing time. The yield on the 2-year U.S. Treasury bond fell by 3.31 basis points to 3.4520%; the yield on the 30-year U.S. Treasury bond fell by 7.42 basis points to 4.7840%. The spread between the 2-year and 10-year U.S. Treasury bond yields fell by 2.824 basis points to +68.458 basis points. The yield on the 10-year Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS) fell by 3.89 basis points to 1.8248%; the yield on the 2-year TIPS rose by 0.31 basis points to 0.6923%; the yield on the 30-year TIPS fell by 5.53 basis points to 2.5308%
