In Phoenix, on February 5, a private equity firm, Atlantic Street Capital, disclosed the sale of GAT/Sky Café to PrimeFlight, owned by Sterling Group and Capitol Meridian Partners. This marks the second instance in three months of private equity firms affecting the lives of Phoenix Sky Harbor inflight catering workers. On November 4, 2025, LSG Sky Chefs terminated around 200 UNITE HERE Local 11 members due to the firm's financial difficulties.
