According to the National Development Bank, in 2025, the bank will play a key role in serving infrastructure construction, issuing loans of 1.64 trillion yuan for infrastructure in five major areas: network-type, industrial upgrading, urban, agriculture and rural areas, and national security, driven by major projects. In the network-type and industrial upgrading infrastructure sectors, projects supported by the bank, such as the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang high-speed railway, will be put into operation, and projects like the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route will be accelerated; the construction of national hub nodes for the integrated national computing network will promote the "East Data West Computing" project, actively serving the construction of technological infrastructure.
