The asking price for the unit was HKD 9.8 million, and it was accepted by the buyer for HKD 9.56 million, resulting in a price per usable square foot of HKD 11,673.

It is understood that the original owner purchased the property in June 2009 for HKD 4.35 million and has held it for 17 years before selling. The owner made a profit of HKD 5.21 million upon exit, with the unit appreciating 1.2 times during the holding period
