, /PRNewswire/ -- ECI Group (ECI), with joint venture partner Marcus Partners, announces the off-market acquisition of Riverside Parc Apartments, a seven-building, 280-unit garden apartment community at 1925 Waycrest Drive Southwest, in Atlanta, GA. "ECI is thrilled to acquire Riverside Parc with first-time joint venture partner, Marcus Partners," said Peter Miklius, Acquisitions Director at ECI Group.
