<p>Wall Street remained mostly unchanged as traders awaited retail inflation data. The S&P 500 and Dow were flat, while the Nasdaq Composite fell by 0.2%. The January Consumer Price Index showed a month-over-month increase of 0.2%, below the 0.3% consensus, and a year-over-year increase of 2.4%, also below the 2.5% consensus and down from 2.7% in December.</p>
