Ministry of Foreign Affairs: To further facilitate the exchange of personnel between China and foreign countries, China has decided to implement a visa exemption policy for ordinary passport holders from Canada and the United Kingdom starting from February 17, 2026. Ordinary passport holders from both countries can enter China for business, tourism, family visits, exchanges, and transit for up to 30 days without a visa. The above visa exemption policy will be in effect until December 31, 2026
