"Port House" Ho Man Tin St. George's Mansions two-bedroom unit sold for HKD 24.63 million
SINO LAND (00083.HK) and CLP HOLDINGS (00002.HK) have collaborated on the Ho Man Tin Cadogan project, St. George's Mansions. Recently, they sold a 12th floor C unit with a usable area of 764 square feet for a transaction price of HKD 24.63 million, equivalent to approximately HKD 32,000 per square foot.
The project has sold a total of 148 units, accounting for nearly 85% of the total, cashing out over HKD 11.3 billion. Market participants revealed that there are over 20 groups purchasing two or more units for the same client in large transactions
