
JD.com's robot order volume increased by 150%
JD.com (09618.HK) stated that driven by the robot program during the Year of the Horse Spring Festival Gala, within two hours of the gala's broadcast, the search volume for robots on the platform increased by over 300%, customer service inquiries rose by 460%, and order volume grew by 150%. New orders came from over 100 cities nationwide, covering first-tier cities to county-level markets.
