CHICAGO, Feb 23 (Reuters) - The following are U.S. expectations for the resumption of grain and soy complex trading at the Chicago Board of Trade at 8:30 a.m. CST (1430 GMT) on Monday:
WHEAT - Down 3 to 5 cents per bushel

<li>CBOT wheat edged down on uncertainty created in the aftermath of the Supreme Court decision striking down President Donald Trump’s import tariffs on Friday. (GRA/)</li>
<li>The Supreme Court ruled that Trump exceeded his authority by implementing tariffs under a law meant for use in national emergencies. The decision has raised questions about whether or how the administration will pursue new tariffs through other legal strategies.</li>
<li>Ukraine’s wheat harvest may grow by 2.9% to 23.1 million metric tons in 2026 due to an increase in sowing acreage and despite a decline in yield, the UCAB agricultural lobby and the economy ministry said over the weekend.</li>
<li>March soft red winter wheat (WH26) was last down 3 cents at $5.70-1⁄2 per bushel. K.C. March hard red winter wheat (KWH26) was last down 7 cents at $5.65-1⁄4 per bushel and Minneapolis March spring wheat (MWEH26) fell 1-3⁄4 cents to $5.85-1⁄2 per bushel.</li>

CORN - Steady to down 2 cents per bushel

<li>CBOT corn futures (Cv1) moved down slightly on uncertainty in the wider market following the Supreme Court decision striking down the Trump administration’s import tariff policy.</li>
<li>The U.S. Department of Agriculture reported exporters sold 125,000 metric tons of corn to Columbia for 2025⁄2026 delivery.</li>
<li>The planting of Brazil’s second corn crop has reached 50% of the estimated area, compared with 64% a year earlier, AgRural said.</li>
<li>CBOT March corn (CH26) was last down 3⁄4 cent at $4.26-3⁄4 per bushel.</li>

SOYBEANS - Down 6 to 7 cents per bushel

<li>Chicago soybeans ticked down, continuing Friday’s weakness after the Supreme Court struck down the Trump’s administration’s import tariffs, adding to doubt over the future of U.S. trade deals to import oilseeds. (GRA/)</li>
<li>Market weakness also came from a record large soybean Brazilian harvest that is making its way onto the world market.</li>
<li>Brazilian farmers had harvested 30% of their 2025⁄26 soybean crop as of last Thursday, agribusiness consultancy AgRural said on Monday, up 9 percentage points from the previous week but below the 39% reported a year earlier.</li>
<li>CBOT March soybeans (SH26) were down 6-1⁄4 cents at $11.31-1⁄4 per bushel.</li>
