The court found that the defendant used the aforementioned account to disseminate content that lacked factual verification, was misleading, and clearly defamatory on multiple online platforms, infringing on Xiaomi's reputation and damaging the Xiaomi brand's reputation. The court ordered the defendant to delete the infringing content, publicly apologize, and compensate Xiaomi with 5 million yuan
