According to sources cited by Bloomberg, several employees, including HSBC's (00005.HK) Global Cash Equities Trading Head James Grafton and EMEA Cash Equities Trading Head Steve Jobber, are expected to leave the group before the bonus distribution.

HSBC will announce its annual results today (25th) and will inform employees about the annual bonus arrangements. A representative from HSBC responded to the report by stating that they would not comment on individuals but emphasized that the group is committed to attracting and retaining talent, which is part of the group's "high-performance culture."
