HSBC's full-year results exceeded analysts' expectations, with the overall bonus pool increasing by 10% to $3.93 billion, reaching a new high in at least a decade. After leading one of the largest restructurings in decades and witnessing a surge in the company's stock price, CEO Noel Quinn's compensation for 2025 (his first full year in office) is £6.62 million ($8.9 million). This is an increase from £5.58 million in 2024. The bank's market capitalization exceeded £200 billion last year, marking the first time in history.
