On February 25th local time, the European Commission held an emergency special meeting of the EU Oil Coordination Group. After discussions, the Oil Coordination Group concluded that the Adriatic Oil Pipeline, which passes through Croatia, is the most feasible alternative for transporting oil to Hungary and Slovakia during the oil supply disruption. The Croatian side confirmed at the meeting that non-Russian crude oil is being transported to Hungary and Slovakia via the Adriatic Oil Pipeline. The Adriatic Oil Pipeline Company also stated that it has begun loading crude oil for MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Public Limited Company at its terminal in Omišalj. (CCTV News)
