CINESE INTL sells subsidiary transaction funds without reaching an agreement and is seeking professional advice
CINESE INTL (01620.HK) announced that regarding the transaction disclosed last August for the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary BVTEHC for approximately HKD 17.1 million, the retention amount is held by the buyer and will be paid on the 181st day after the completion date. As of yesterday (26th), the buyer and seller have not yet reached an agreement on the compensation claim amount proposed by the buyer and the adjustment amount of the purchase price.
The group stated that it is assessing the situation and consulting with local and overseas professionals on this matter, and will make further announcements regarding the transaction in due course in accordance with the listing rules
