E-HOUSE ENT (02048.HK) announced that as of 5 PM Hong Kong time on February 27, approximately 72.58% of the holders of offshore debt, representing the total outstanding principal amount of offshore debt, have joined or agreed to join the restructuring support agreement and are taking steps to do so. Due to the complexity of specific operations and communication with obstructed plan creditors, the company will continue to work with obstructed plan creditors to complete the signing of the joining letters and the relevant procedures for restricted note notifications.

Once the applicable procedures are completed and the company reviews and accepts the required documents and certificates, such obstructed plan creditors may be bound by the restructuring support agreement, just as they would be as original contracting parties to the agreement upon validly signing and submitting their respective joining letters and restricted note notifications
