US February ADP Employment First Take
In February, the ADP employment figures in the United States increased by 63,000, the largest increase since July of last year, with expectations of an increase of 50,000. The previous value was revised from an increase of 22,000 to an increase of 11,000. The data shows that after nearly zero employment growth in 2025, the labor market is gradually stabilizing, with some employers beginning to increase hiring due to a clearer understanding of President Trump's economic policies. The growth in hiring is mainly attributed to the education and healthcare services sectors, with increases in employment also seen in construction and information sectors, particularly strong in the southern region and among businesses with fewer than 20 employees
